As more post shops, editorial facilities and freelancers across the industry have pivoted to remote setups to ensure team safety, the advantages of working this way have become clear, whether the ability to tap into a broader talent pool for projects and cost-efficiency for shops or the convenience offers individual creatives. Although setting up a remote workflow can seem overwhelming at first, with so many considerations and a plethora of available gear options, getting started doesn’t have to be complicated, and even if you’re already working remotely, there are subtle tweaks you can make to improve your existing workflow.
