Round 1 - East Bracket - 3. Match scene in "Lawrence of Arabia" vs. 6. Opening sequence in "Raiders of the Lost Ark"

This matchup features the infamous Match Cut from David Lean's "Lawrence of Arabia" against the iconic opening sequence of Steven Spielberg's "Raiders of the Lost Ark." "Lawrence of Arabia" won Best Picture and Anne Coates, ACE won Best Editing for her work on the film. Michael Kahn, ACE also won Best Editing for his work on "Raider of the Lost Ark."
